The Customers agree and acknowledge that the Beta Test Service is still under development and defects such as bugs, flaws, and malfunctions that prevent the proper operation of certain functions may arise during the Customers use the Beta Test Service.
The functions in the Beta Test Service shall be limited to functions provided in the Repro Service or any other functions specified and indicated by Repro on Repro’s website including but not limited to Repro’s help page (https://docs.repro.io) and knowledge base page (https://support.repro.io).
Those who wish to use the Beta Test Service shall apply for the service via the online application form on Repro’s website, designated application form, designated contracts or any other method specified by Repro.
Repro may, at its absolute discretion, suspend part or all of the Beta Test Service at any time due to equipment inspections as well as urgent maintenance and inspections.
If Repro determine that the Customers is in breach of the Beta T&C or Original T&C, Repro may, at its absolute discretion, take the measures necessary to protect the interests of Repro or relative third parties.
Matters or subjects which is not stipulated in the Beta T&C shall be subject to the Original T&C.
The provisions of Article 5 and this Article shall survive the expiration or termination of the Beta Test Service.
Repro may amend the Beta T&C from time to time as needed. The latest version of the Beta T&C can be viewed on Repro’s website. Repro may notify the Customers of important amendment of the Beta T&C via e-mail address upon registration. Accesses to the amended Beta Test Service shall be deemed as the Customers’ agreement with such amendment.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Beta T&C, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore.
The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
The language of the arbitration shall be English
This Beta T&C is governed by the laws of Singapore.
A party who is not a party to this Beta T&C shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of its terms.
The Beta T&C is a revision of Repro Terms of Service applied from February 19, 2019, and the revisions will be applied from 10/03/2020, under Article 11 hereof.
