Definition of GDPR

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a personal data protection regulation that came into effect in May 2018 in the European Union (EU).

It aims to strengthen the protection of personal data and privacy in the EU by improving the transparency of the purpose of obtaining and using personal data, expanding the rights of data subjects, and tightening the rules regarding processing.

Repro's approach as a Data Processor

Among the services provided by Repro, you are a Data Controller, the end user is a (Data Subject, and Repro is a Data Processor. Repro will process this data only at your direction.

In order to fulfill its responsibility as a Data Processor, Repro has implemented the following activities.

Data processing supplement contract

We provide a Data Processing Addendum to meet the requirements of the GDPR.

Support for Data Subject's right and  exercise the request

The GDPR grants data subjects a wide range of rights regarding the handling of personal data (Data Subject Rights).

Repro supports you to find  a way to meet the demands of end-users for enforcement.

Data Protection

We implement systematic safety management measures in accordance with our basic information security policy. In addition, Repro's system is built using cloud vendors that take high availability, redundancy, and security into consideration.

Appointment of EU representative

Repro has a representative in the EU.  (No Repro Office in EU)
